Job Title:Loan Processor Location: Chicago, IL 60604 (Hybrid 3/days in office) Duration: 4 months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Summary: The contractor will be assisting the FTE staff at the Chicago Wabash building with administrative and mail processing Provide support for Chicago Loan Processing and Letter of Credit Teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Incoming Mail Processing
Return Mail Processing
Administrative Support for Letter of Credit partners
Assist with selected additional functions for Retail and Commercial Processing and possibly Special Handing on a limited basis.
This will be an Emphasis on low risk activities to free up additional time for full time partners.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Seeking someone who learns quickly and is extremely detail oriented.
Looking for someone who is willing to be trained and assist the team
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Past experience with performing administrative duties
