Job Title: Liquidity Client Advisor Location: 4950 S 48Th St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (One day Onsite) Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
The Liquidity Client Advisor will support the first line client experience by providing client on-boarding, account serving and relationship management client Asset Management (SAM) and other Liquidity Management clients.
The LCA will work with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions client requests and inquiries and will be able to confidently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver as promised, effectively prioritize, and escalate issues and/or seek guidance before issues impact clients or grow larger.
Account Maintenance & Support
Assist with audit support, including SOC1 reports, confirmations, pricing materials, and more.
Produce high-quality, accurate portfolio review presentations.
Liaison the Middle Office team for SACAs, transfers in kind for asset management clients, third party custody inquiries, provide exceptional new account onboarding experience, and more.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Service Model
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according customer needs and objectives.
Knowledgeable and quick responses on day-to-day client support, including wire support and wire confirmations, signer updates, LOAs, system access, assist clients with general systems navigations, and more.
Client service; including speedy client response and service delivery.
Be available receive inbound client requests.
Relationship Management
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Communicating with clients understand their needs and explain product value.
Partner with Client Management develop new business with existing clients.
Collaborate with sales team identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Collaborate with internal departments facilitate client need fulfilment.
Partner with marketing teams facilitate client communication.
Provide feedback on advisory topics to enhance LM Thought Leadership program.
Product & Process Expertise
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Knowledgeable of internal bank processes and timelines facilitate service requests.
May conduct process and workflow training colleagues and internal partners.
Data / Records Management & Reporting
Provide information needed to generate reports track activities, progress, and develop strategies.
Keeping accurate records pertaining inventory and account notes
Ensure client records and activities are recorded accurately across LM systems.
Capture and record data relating account acquisition and account status.
Collect data learn more about client behaviour with the goal enhance the client experience.
