Job Title: Lead Senior Forensic Specialist Duration: 12 months Location: San Diego CA, 92101 (Up to 2 days a week onsite) Some weeks can be fully remote
Description The Lead Senior Forensic Specialist is a critical role responsible for conducting digital investigations in support of Legal and Human Resources. This position ensures the secure, timely, and accurate collection and analysis of sensitive employee data from systems such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. The specialist produces detailed reports that support internal investigations into misconduct, including intellectual property theft, workplace harassment, fraud, and performance issues.
About Team:-This is for the Insider Threat Team- it's smaller and currently only has 2 FTE's. This group works a lot with the Security Operations Team and Incident Report Team. Their stakeholders include HR and legal. Skills -Looking for someone who has demonstrated 7+ years of experience in forensic analysis, insider threat, and cyber security. -Degree not required but required certifications- either Certified Forensic Investigator or Certified Insider Specialist -Looking for someone who can analyze, investigate, create professional reports, and ensures compliance all within insider threat. They will not be doing analysis on hardware or software. -Backgrounds open to: someone who has experience in Insider Threat or Insider Trust with forensic capabilities -Required technical skills- please go through each to ensure they have touched this in past roles:

2 year contract with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance and availability of opening during that time. -1 round of interviews with this host manager
