Job Title: Labeler I Location: Jacksonville, FL 32209 Duration: 3months (Temp-to-perm) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start (until work is completed) Overtime: None expected
Job Summary: The Labeler I is responsible for labeling products and cases in a food distribution environment. This role involves palletizing and depalletizing product, ensuring labeling accuracy, and maintaining productivity in a cold storage setting.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Comfortable working in cold temperatures (35°F)
Steel-toe boots required
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment:
Cold storage / refrigerated dock environment (approximately 35°F)
Food distribution setting
Prolonged standing required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform labeling of cases in accordance with requirements
Palletize and de-palletize products as needed
Handle materials and move cases within the work area
Ensure labeling accuracy and proper placement
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety and quality standards
Experience & Responsibilities:
0-3 Years of Experience.
Un-palletize products, move cases to workstations and apply labels to meet country or customer requirements.
Information can be applied by printed adhesive labels, ink jet machine, or hand stamping.
Open cases with company approved and issued blades, remove inner packaging and apply label to each inner pack in correct location on product.
Ensure production & expiration dates on labels match the manufacturers’ dates.
Verify other label information as time allows.
Repack inners into the case and reseal case.
Apply appropriate labels to outer packaging.
Re-palletize the cases.
Clean work area.
