The Learning and Development senior Manager is responsible for driving efficiencies within training through curriculums, Manager of Learning and Development, and Facilitator development. They will partner with stakeholders for continuous improvement and new initiatives focused on the learning strategy and facilitation development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: ? Lead, manage, and develop training managers, team members, client-specific trainers, and others to ensure optimization of performance and growth ? Interface with the global training team to support, build, and enhance best practices in training ? Identify skills gaps, opportunities for best practice, and career plans for trainers ? Collaborate with the team to set, monitor, and coach goals and ensure they are in control of achieving the goal ? Coach and support team in following methodology and standards set by global training ? Evolve and enhance global best practices in learning and skill development. ? Facilitate meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions ? Lead training initiatives and projects. ? Partner to develop a learning strategy and set direction for the team ? Ensure compliance with Training and related company business management systems ? Work in partnership with senior management to align training strategy to organizational goals ? Monitor training programs and materials to ensure they are effective and up to date and evaluate the effectiveness ? Help identify reports and influence key learning metrics across the organization. ? Lead and assist with the learning and development learning modules
Requeriments University Degree in a related field or Master’s Degree in a related field Advanced English B2+ or C1 85-90% Minimum 5 years of successful management experience in a training function. Demonstrated experience in leadership, innovation, initiative, negotiation, and an understanding of adult learning principles and technology. Managing Performance, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing, Influencing, Goal Oriented, Empowering Others and Developing & Coaching Talent.
