Job Description

The low-code squad, known as the “Appsters,” are the guardians of our low-code platforms. They ensure the health, upgrades, environments, guidance, and documentation of these platforms, which include Power Platform, SharePoint, and Quickbase. Our team is dedicated to fostering innovation and efficiency through robust governance and support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on Low Code Platforms such as Power Platform and Quickbase.

  • Manage and govern SharePoint sites and solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing applications on Low Code Platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and governance.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advance English level (C1)

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years working with low code platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Quickbase, and SharePoint.

  • Experience in agile development methodologies.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Proficiency in Low Code Platforms (Power Platform, Quickbase).

  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint development and administration.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL.

  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.

 

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:

  • The role is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.

  • Ability to work with teams across different geographic locations.

  • Occasional travel may be required for training and collaboration with global teams.

 

Key Performance Measures:

  • Timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Effective governance and management of Low Code Platforms and SharePoint.

  • Positive feedback from team members and stakeholders.
