Title: IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst Location: Kansas City, KS 66111 Duration: 3 Months
Summary: This role supports all phases of the enterprise hardware IT asset management (ITAM) process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process incoming freight and deliveries documenting assets, provide reporting to IT Asset Management Specialist
Ship and track provisioned equipment to/ from end users as needed
Perform data analysis to identify data inaccuracies
Research missing devices in a line-by-line approach for full discovery of equipment location
Support ticketing requests with focus on asset recovery at off-boarding or refresh activities
Coordinate reporting for decommissioning of IT asset records
Perform audits and regular inventory reviews
Support physical stockroom inventory efforts
Prepare decommissioned equipment for physical disposal
Understand standards and ensure guidelines and controls are maintained
Maintain best practices for enterprise ITAM

Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience
1+ years of experience in IT asset management
Experience with multi-location coordination of technical resources
ServiceNow ITAM module experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of ITAM standards with a desire to learn
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent customer service skills
Able to consider and support both strategic and practical implications for a proposed course of action
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)
Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (organizational skills)

Must be able to read, write and speak English
