Job Description

Job Title: IT Financial Project Coordinator
Location: Raleigh, NC– Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 5+ Months

About Role:
  • Financial Month-End Close
  • Accrual entry preparation.
  • Reclass entry preparation, standard and Intercompany.
  • Post-Close Financial Analysis/Reporting.
  • Add Actuals to Budget file.
  • EE Budget v. Actuals analysis (BvA).
  • Prepare and present Financial Package to Leadership.
  • Setup Purchase Orders.
  • Filter EE Infra Svcs Purchase Order setups through 1-2 people.
  • Improve budget spend tracking.
  • Cut down on reclass entries due to not utilizing multiple PO Line Items to split cost between CSW and Employee Experience.
  • Consistency of Purchase Order GL Accounts for like items.
  • Reconcile Construction in Progress report.
  • Work with vendors to provide details related to CAPEX reclasses.
  • Meet with Cost Owners to discuss budget expectations.
  • Work with the PMP Team to align expectations on Budget planning efficiencies.
  • Obtain contract information such as Term Dates, associated Purchase Orders, and spend type for current and future contracts.
  • Better budget accuracy.
  • Consistency across other towers.
  • Budget submissions.
 
Mandatory Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project Management
  • SAP
  • Good understanding of E2E processes.

Top 3 Required Skill Sets:
  • Finance/Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of End-to-End processes.
 
Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets:
  • Project Management.
  • SAP.
  • Self-motivation.
Required Degree or Certification:
Finance/Accounting
