Role: IT Business Analyst Location: Complete Remote Duration: 7 + Months
Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role requires a self-driven, independent contributor with strong business analysis skills and experience supporting systems in product data management (PDM), quality, and manufacturing environments within the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams.
Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Experience with PDM, quality systems, or manufacturing systems in life sciences.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Product Data Management tools, or ELN platforms (e.g., Labguru).
Familiarity with system integrations and data flows Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO)
