Job Title: IT Asset Procurement Specialist Location: Kansas City, KS, USA, 66111 Duration: 6 Months Assignment Shift/hours: 40 hours/week, M - F - 8 to 5
General Purpose: This role is responsible for procurement, deployment, and offboarding of network/server devices and services, tracking asset locations and assignments, and engaging VAR’s. Operate as point of contact for locations regarding invoice / billing. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Procure?network?devices and accessories through vendors? Leverage purchasing agreements, carrier incentives, promotions, volume purchasing, and other methods to secure the best pricing for purchases? Deploy and track all outgoing shipments? Receive and immediately process all incoming shipments? Collect, decommission, and dispose of all retired?IT network/server?devices, leveraging recycling agreements and opportunities to maximize return on recycled devices? Lead efforts to merge accounts and transfer assets for acquisitions and mergers? Operate as point of contact for remote offices and locations regarding?network?billing, asset assignment, and?circuit?management? Collaborate with?Accounting to resolve intercompany chargeback issues? Create and maintain documentation related to procurement, asset information maintenance, offboarding, and decommission of?various IT assets? Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience Associates?degree in a related technical field or a related professional experience?? 3?or more?years of experience in procurement/purchasing in a large enterprise/corporate environment? 3?or more?years of direct experience supporting accounts, expenses, invoices, etc. in a large enterprise/corporate environment? 2?or more?years of system administration, creating/moving/deleting accounts, distribution lists and account audits? 3?or more?years of experience in creating and compiling reports for financial, inventory, and licensing BI reports Experience working in ServiceNow or comparable CRM/ticketing system? Experience working in SAP PO creation and invoice processing remote users? Experience in direct customer service Experience working in a ticketing system or CRM

Must be able to read, write and speak English
