Job Description

Job Title – Invoicing Triage Specialist
Duration – 6+ Months (could extend depending on speed of technology improvements.)
Location – Austin, TX 78717 -Hybrid
Note: Tues-Thursday (Work from Office) | Mon & Fri- (Work from Home)


Overview:
  • We are seeking candidates to join our expanding Invoicing Request department based in our Austin office.

  • As a vital member of a skilled team, you will collaborate with client-facing colleagues to create and generate invoice requests on an ad-hoc basis.
  • You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes classroom instruction, side-by-side training, and on-the-job learning. This program will equip you with the knowledge needed for success in our systems. Please note, this is not a sales position, and an insurance license is not required, though you are welcome to pursue licensing for career development.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze carrier and internal insurance documentation to extract specific data points, ensuring proper request routing and accuracy in our workflow platform.
  • Collaborate directly with our client support team to utilize proprietary billing systems for timely and accurate invoice requests.
  • Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics.
  • Contribute to process improvement strategies and engage in meetings and team activities.
  • Stay current by adhering to all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
 
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail is essential for providing accurate information for client invoicing.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with basic Excel formulas and pivot tables is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with remote client teams.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, ensuring excellent service during policy renewals.
  • Research aptitude and willingness to seek additional information as needed.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
