Qualifications: *The successful candidate for this role will be based in ATL **Role is hybrid in-office / remote work
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): • 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field preferred • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite • Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with ability to manage multiple priorities • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): • Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems preferred • Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting or quantitative fields preferred but not required
Responsibilities: Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): • Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements • Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non compliant invoicing behaviors • Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance
