Global Programs is part of our wider Global Sales Enablement Team, serving as a partner to the field organization in defining, designing, and deploying the right content, tools, and behaviors that impact short, medium, and long-term revenue goals.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished instructional designer with a proven history of creating and implementing comprehensive, high-impact onboarding programs tailored to identified priority roles within the sales team. This role involves designing, developing, and validating training materials that ensure new sellers are effectively integrated, activated, and equipped to perform their roles successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, learning adoption and behavior change, as well as experience in creating role-based onboarding for sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with revenue operations leaders, sales enablement leaders, sales leaders, and associated subject matter experts to identify role-specific performance milestones & the key competencies & training needs for each prioritized sales role.
  • Collaborate with program architects to create blended onboarding plans that include virtual learning elements, instructor-led training, and hands-on exercises & workshops.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create content that is fit-for-purpose, measurably impactful, and fit for purpose in an effort to help sellers find success quickly.
  • Continuously update and improve onboarding materials based on feedback, go-to-market strategy changes, and evolving business needs.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery & high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment & integration of onboarding programs with other initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports as defined by Global Sales Enablement’s departmental strategy.
  • Leverage internal tools (LMS, authoring, etc.) to create, deliver, and track onboarding programs.
  • Stay current with emerging trends & technologies in instructional design & incorporate them into onboarding solutions.
  • Endeavor to stay well-informed on commercial best practices and high-impact sales motions, skills, and behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools & multimedia software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
