Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished instructional designer with a proven history of creating and implementing comprehensive, high-impact onboarding programs tailored to identified priority roles within the sales team. This role involves designing, developing, and validating training materials that ensure new sellers are effectively integrated, activated, and equipped to perform their roles successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, learning adoption and behavior change, as well as experience in creating role-based onboarding for sellers.
