The Digital Supply Chain Sr. Associate reports directly to Anaplan/IBP Manager within the Digital Supply Chain Organization.
Under minimal supervision, this role will lead, manage and model the different Demand planning capabilities leveraging several platforms to support client Digital Transformation.
The position requires:
Strong solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical, quantitative and project management skills
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
Solid technology skills including (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Demand and Supply Planning knowledge is a plus
Able to work within large complex teams
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
Change Management
Willing to adopt new technologies (continuous learning)
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
Monitor Demand models functionality identifying system enhancements and training improvement opportunities.
Conduct user requirements sessions translating/refining business needs into platform user stories.
Monitor Demand Planning Cycle issues/risks and manage resolution.
Develop effective relationships with partners in the supply chain.
Produce process maps to showcase the functionality and operation of the system features that the internal customer will use.
Work with Master Data Teams, IS, Operations, Finance and Commercial to ensure models data integrity
Translate complex business process into platform actionable functionality (Business Process digitization).
Develops integrated change, communication and training strategies crafted to meet the Demand model needs and business objectives. Plans include communications, coaching, training, sponsor engagement and resistance management.
Leads and supports large-scale change management efforts for assigned projects within the Demand space. Projects may range from global integration efforts that have tremendous effect on our employees, customers and partners, to smaller projects that may only impact one function or one site.
Function as the liaison between functional business units (Supply Chain) and the IS organization.
