Position Title: HR Talent Acquisition Support Location: Reston, VA Duration: 6 Months Work Schedule: Hybrid (atleast 3 days a week in office)
Job Description: Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our US team in Reston, VA. This position will offer part-time telework with at least 3 days a week in the office. The coordinator will collaborate with regionally based Talent Acquisition hubs and client project locations to facilitate processes and procedures in key areas of the overall hiring cycle. These areas will include, but not limited to, interview arrangement, offer package management, candidate onboarding and producing candidate status reports. The TA Coordinator will act as a liaison between the candidate, regional TA Specialists, Project HR, and Regional Hiring Managers.
This role will require organization in managing daily priorities with focus on detail and data integrity. This role will have a high level of customer service interaction with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the TA team.
Acts as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Coordinates and schedules local and remote interviews and manages all interview-related travel and expense reporting.
Manages and tracks requisitions and candidates, including pipelining candidates through the applicant tracking process, generating offer documents for successful candidates selected for hire, and maintaining accurate data in applicable systems.
Prepares reports.
Coordinates new-hire onboarding.
Basic Qualifications: 2-4 years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Talent Acquisition function.
Experience in Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, SAP, Power BI etc.).
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
Advanced level experience with MS Office suite.
Ability to assess and present data as per need.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detail.
