Title: HR Service Desk Analyst
Location: AZ (100% Remote)
Duration: 6 Months

What You’ll Do
  • Manage HR service desk tickets submitted by employees and internal stakeholders for things like manager changes, job detail changes, etc.
  • Provide high-level support for general HR inquiries in relation to Compensation, HR Policy, and Benefit programs
  • Ensure data integrity in Workday by providing guidance and troubleshooting steps to make sure employees have the right manager, job profile, business title, etc. and validate any corrections with cross functional partners and managers
  • Adhere to department level policies and processes and answer questions for employees on these department specific approaches when they arise
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests during critical annual cycles like performance review and compensation planning
  • Provide support on HR process improvements and initiatives
  • You will have a high level of access to confidential and business information and will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with regard to all matters, data, and documents
