Position: HR Manager- Distribution Centers Location: Durham NC Type: Direct Hire
Job Duties:
Handle employee relations based at the companies distribution center
Conduct and perform generalist duties for distribution center
Help coach mentor and support mangaers and leadership within departments
Conduct recruitment duties in relation to distribution center openings including keeping a robust timeline
Requirements:
Mininum of 5+ Years HR Management experince in a distribution facility
Ability to problem solve and develop resolutions independently
PHR certification preferred but not required
