Job Description: Position to support and document ongoing audits in HR and other tasks such as process documentation.
Departmental Objectives: The over-riding purpose or objective of the department as it contributes to the greater organization. HR Compliance is a global centre of excellence supporting the wider HR Operations teams in four main areas:
Audit Management
Process Creation/ Improvements
Project Support
Program Support
Purpose/Objective: The over-riding purpose or objective of the role. This position will focus on HR Audits – SOC, SOX, Internal, FEDRAMP, IRAP, Protected B etc.
Position Outcomes: (high level tasks, the end result of the individual’s efforts). The main duties generally performed by an employee in this role. SOX/ISO/ Audits
Act as central point of contact of all internal/ external audits involving HR globally
Evidence collection, review, redaction
Partnering with our finance and IT teams on audit requests and/or control governance
Develop high level slide decks and program overview to ensure key themes and deliverables are captured and can be understood by all key stakeholders
Create timelines for deliverables and communications and assign as needed
Stakeholder Engagement
Ensure all teams required for a successful program have a representative and contact person (within and outside HR as needed)
Plan regular meetings and ensure that action items are documented and assigned
Develop and lead training sessions on programs as required
Inspire continuous improvements for ongoing programs
Technical Proficiency: Minimum qualifications the incumbent must possess in order to qualify for the role, not including acceptable equivalents.
Intermediate Level – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work in a global capacity through existing collaboration tools (Skype for Business, Microsoft teams, Yammer)

Previous experience working with SOX/ISO controls

Education: Minimum education or equivalent credentials the incumbent must possess in order to qualify for the role.
Post-secondary education
Preferred - Completed Human Resources diploma, designation or certification.
CHRP/CHRL would be considered an asset
