Work Schedule: Hybrid – Monday through Thursday onsite, with Fridays designated for remote work. The schedule is 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Process, manage, and monitor Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) cases in accordance with established program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and track housing inspections, abatements, follow-ups, and other activities related to the HCV program.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records within the case management system, ensuring all information is properly documented and reportable.
Communicate with residents, landlords, and internal departments to provide case updates, address inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Review, verify, and process documentation related to housing assistance eligibility, continued program participation, and subsidy payments.
Monitor case progress, identify pending actions, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines and program requirements are met.
Assist in resolving discrepancies, documentation issues, and other challenges that may affect housing assistance cases.
Identify recurring issues, operational trends, and potential process improvements, escalating concerns to supervisors when appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination of housing assistance activities and compliance with program guidelines.
Support the achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service expectations, and operational objectives.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of case activities to support efficient housing assistance operations.
Assist with additional administrative tasks, reporting activities, and special projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support, case management, customer service, property management, or a related operational role.
Familiarity with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, housing assistance processes, or property management operations is preferred.
Experience reviewing, processing, and maintaining documentation and records.
Experience using case management systems, databases, CRM platforms, or similar administrative tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and case information.
Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients, housing programs, or real estate operations is a plus.
