Job Description

Position Title: Graphic Designer 
Length of Contract: 12 year
Location/Site: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid)

Overview: This role will work closely with a Data Analyst within the Procurement team, focusing on the visual presentation of data analysis. The primary responsibility will be dedicated to creating professional presentations, requiring proven creativity and expertise in PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint and website building is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and professional presentation slides that effectively communicate data insights.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to transform analytical data into visually appealing presentations.
  • Utilize PowerPoint to create impactful visuals and storytelling elements.
  • Ensure all presentations align with the company’s branding materials and guidelines.
  • Manage and update SharePoint sites, including building and maintaining internal-facing websites.
  • Support the procurement team by visually displaying ideas and findings.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes, providing input on new design strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Creativity in transforming data into compelling presentations.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis.
  3. Strong SharePoint skills.
  4. Experience in website building and management, particularly within SharePoint.
  5. Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Spend Analytics tools such as Sievo, SAP, Category Analytics, and supplier portals.
  • Ability to create data visualizations and communication materials for suppliers.
  • Experience managing the RFP process, including data compilation and score sheet creation.
  • Document management skills.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather benchmark data.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with large bio-pharma corporations or handling big spend categories is a plus.

Educational Background:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, Graphics/Communication, or a related field. Analytical skills are essential.

Interview Process:

  • Two 30-minute interviews
