Job Description

Summary: Dexcoms Global Product Design (GPD) is a multi-disciplinary team of user experience designers, visual designers, frontendsoftware developers, prototype developers, software and instructional content designers and industrial designerswho support the Dexcom product portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Lead Instructional and Content Designer to driveconsistency across all digital product platforms and print deliverables produced by GPD.At Dexcom, you will help us build products that improve lives with our innovative, next generation Continuous GlucoseMonitor (CGM) system and expand into the glucose wellness space. Learn from existing members of the team. Socialize ideas and solutions with stakeholders and design partners to gain alignment. Put your human experience at the center of content design. Be a content diplomat by communicating with stakeholders, providing and receiving constructive feedback, andworking to establish collaborative relationships. Bring a positive influence on our design culture through your thoughts, actions, and attitude. You are able to manage multiple workstreams, track progress, and pivot as needed. You bring industry experience with content design, peer reviews, and feedback cycles. You can think through content challenges and work independently. You are familiar with modern design tools such as: Figma and Jira.
