Job Description

Job Title: Global Sales Operations Representative
Location: Wilsonville Oregon 97070
Duration: 12 Months (assignment)

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Representative is to assist with the processing of domestic UIS (Detection) orders, Intercompany orders, and supplier sales orders accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely data entry into the ERP System (SAP).
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from internal customers to resolve order processing issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete sales order records.
  • Prepare or complete forms and other documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or change orders.
  • Process supplier/vendor representations and certifications on customer portals as requested.
  • Maintain Rep/Cert records as required for yearly certifications.
  • Correspond with the government contracts team for Rep/Cert completions.
  • Escalate issues to Global Sales Operations Manager as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize, follow through, and complete tasks on time.
  • Previous work experience in a sales support environment.
