Job Description

Job Title: Global Banking & Markets - Operations - FICC Ops - Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Dallas, TX
               
Duties:             
The client’s Mortgage Loan Servicing team provides operational support to facilitate the settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades booked by Global Banking & Markets and Bank Loan Sales/Trading Desks in the US. The team works closely with clients, sales/trading and other stakeholders to address issues, resolve exceptions, answer queries and manage risk throughout the trade processing life cycle.
Some of the functions processed by the team include: trade confirmation, allocation, facilitation and verification to client accounts
 
Skills: 
  • Knowledge of Loan Operations strongly preferred
  • Highly motivated, energetic and confident team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills. Essential for interacting at all levels, across business disciplines and regions
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of completing tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work at a fast pace
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills/Ability to dissect a problem and provide clear and concise explanations to clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Education:      
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred, but not required
