Job Title: Gen AI Project Manager Duration: 12 Months with a high possibility of extension Location: Toronto, ON M5J 3A8
Looking for a seasoned PM- with experience implementing technical projects.
They want to implement an AI- HR virtual assistant. This will be used by many employees at the company. They want to make sure that the tool is not biased and will provide enough data. They want to make sure that they are doing enough testing to make sure that the tool is accurate and not biased.
AI- Project Management experience. HM knows that AI is pretty new, so she doesn't expect many cycles of experience. As long as they have some sort of Gen AI experience this would be great/stand out.
HR piece is not required- can be finance or legal, insurance background, etc. as long as they have experience delivering AI. 5-7 years of experience in the project management world.
