Job Title: Fiserv Systems Analyst Location: Centennial, CO 80111 OR 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months
Provide subject matter expertise on Fiserv system solutions to accomplish desired business objectives
Identify and influence decisions for optimization and improvement of Fiserv system configuration
Develop, document and execute system changes accurately through each step of the change management process
Understand and articulate impacts that requested configuration changes could have on existing settings, or in conjunction with other current change requests
Facilitate cross-functional implementation of new system changes utilizing basic project management techniques and solid communication skills
Create and execute applicable test scenarios, process scenarios, document results and obtain applicable approvals, including regression test scenarios
Create and execute post-validation plans to ensure system changes were implemented per requirements
Proactively identify issues and determine solutions both pre and post implementation while adhering to implementation deadlines
Represent team as Fiserv system SME in cross-functional projects
Facilitate implementation of Fiserv system changes from build to post validation
Attend Fiserv ticket and project meetings and assist in driving ticket/ projects to resolution
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
4+ years experience with configuring Fiserv systems required – includes PCF (Product Control File), DMM (Decision Management Tables) and DQ (DecisionQuest) for letters, statements and card packages.
Bachelor’s degree in business, math, statistics, economics or related quantitative discipline or equivalent combination of related education and experience is desired
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and presentation (PowerPoint) is required
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form and lead group discussions
Ability to meet established timelines
Ability to work well with others
Ability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Ability to work independently
