Job Title: Financial Analyst 3
Duration: 06 months
Location: Charleston SC, Everett WA or Renton WA (Hybrid -3 days onsite)

The Enterprise Services & Sustainability Finance Team is seeking a Mid level Financial Analyst to support the Supply Chain Operations organization based out of Charleston SC, Everett WA or Renton WA

Position Responsibilities:
• Develop the annual budget (Long Range Business Plan), generate forecast updates, and manage/strategize on financial opportunities, risks, and issues.
• Perform variance analysis and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to leadership.
• Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business cases.
• Lead the financial analysis for business efforts across organizations – including cross functional and business unit coordination, financial impact development and tracking, and performing analysis using both financial and operational benchmark data.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years general work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, developing Long Range Business Plans, and managing Opportunities & Risks
• Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
• Experience developing presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with BI/analysis tools such as Tableau and COGNOS
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse functions and business units
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Works well in fast-pace, dynamic environment
• Desire to learn and understand the business and functions
• Experience translating strategy into action
