Job Title: Finance - General Accounting Duration: 1+months with possible extension Location: Louisville, KY Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday through Thursday, Remote: Monday and Friday)
Overview Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments, and stock-based compensation, and oversee intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets.
Provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related Shared Service Centers.
Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX-related entries as needed for responsible markets.
Manage EID stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets.
Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets.
Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed.
Coordinate with Payroll and EY to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge markets.
