Role Name: Finance - Accounts Payable/Receivables Location: Louisville, KY Work Environment: Remote (need to come office for occasional meetings and events) Contract length: 3 months assignment with possible extensions
Job Description:
Monitor foreign currency bank accounts and perform cash application for open accounts receivable on a biweekly basis.
Work directly with franchisees and customers to resolve account inquiries.
Maintain master store data, including: New franchisees, New stores, Closed stores, Store transfers.
Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and uploaded to KRise (franchisee sales reporting platform).
Follow up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any unreported sales.
Required Skills:
Strong computer skills.
Experience with JD Edwards or other Oracle ERP solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP
Experience with international customers and foreign currency conversion is a plus.
Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail environment is a plus.
