Description: • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, break fix repair skills on laptops, laser printers, and POS equipment. Experience using a hand drill and climbing ladders is a plus. Candidate will drive to various customer sites to perform repair / replacement on various kinds of equipment: POS, laptops, desktops, laser printers, cable repairs, smart hands work on network equipment. Different severity levels / response times required. 24/7 availability a must. • What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Customer service skills / a few years of experience as an IT Field Technician. Laser printer repair experience is ideal. • What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9 -6 with OT and Afterhours • Will there be OC (on call)? Yes • Will there be shift differentials? No • How many overall years of experience should this person have? Minimum 3 yrs but willing to interview a candidate right out of tech school. • Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTia A+, Network +, Server + nice to have but not necessary. • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23, may be negotiable • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving?
