Job Description

Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Tampa ,FL 33607
Duration: 3 months (Contract to Hire)
Shift Hrs:  M-F 9am-6pm, possibility of Overtime and Oncall after training
Payrate: $19/hr on W2

Description:
  • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? FIELD SERVICE, MULTIPLE CLIENTS, DRIVING FROM SITE TO SITE 
  • What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HARDWARE SKILLS 
  •  What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) 9-6 WITH SOME OT 
  • Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETE THEN ONCALL ROTATION WILL START
  • How many overall years of experience should this person have? AT LEAST 3 YEARS
  • Do they need any specific certifications or education? EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED 
  •  If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 19-22 AN HOUR
  • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 25 - 100 COULD BE MORE
  • What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? TAMPA FL AND A 75 MILE RADIUS
  • How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? AFTER BG CHECKS PASS
  • Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs. • After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on call rotation 7x24 Basic Needs/Haves • Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position •
