Job Description

Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist
Duration: 7 Months Assignment (Potential to extend or convert to full time)
Location: Open to remote - Flexible on work hours/ any timezone
 
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement with customers and prospects. This is a key role that will partner closely with our field marketing, sales and demand generation teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and support the success of field initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and events to drive engagement and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate all logistics for events, webinars, and field activities, ensuring promotional materials, attendee follow-ups, and other essentials are ready and aligned.
  • Oversee annual and quarterly budget allocations for regional marketing programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage contracting and purchase order (PO) processes for external vendors and event-related services, ensuring compliance with budget and timeline requirements.
  • Support event planning and execution, including vendor and venue research, invitation creation, registration management, deliverable tracking, survey development, event badging, and collateral coordination.
  • Use Marketo to design and manage landing pages, event invitations, and marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless lead flow and audience engagement.
  • Create and track campaigns in Salesforce.com, providing regular reporting and performance analysis to measure effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns, share insights, and drive integrated efforts.
  • Research and propose new event opportunities that align with client’s marketing strategy and target market expansion.
Required Skills:
  • Salesforce.com: Proven experience in Salesforce, including campaign tracking, reporting, and lead management.
  • Marketo: Hands-on experience with Marketo for email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • GSuite: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and project management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate external vendors and suppliers effectively.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, results-driven, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Flexible, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to provide onsite event support, including travel and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional interpersonal abilities across various stakeholder groups.
