Duties: Asissting with organization, briefs, documentation, contracting, PO creation and activation planning across multiple projects.

Description:
The role is part-time, but there's potential for it to become full-time based on workload, particularly leading up to major activations or events (like the Super Bowl or F1 races). The team’s workload fluctuates depending on upcoming events.
The work week would likely be Monday through Thursday, with Fridays being slower, but they may occasionally take days off depending on the workload.
The role can accommodate any time zone. The position doesn't require a specific location but the candidate needs to work across all time zones.
Experience in experiential marketing or event production is important for the role.
Tech experience is also helpful due to the integration of Square into some of the events and activations
Travel for Events
Travel for tent pole events generally spans a week, with candidates typically needing to be on-site Tuesday to Monday for the larger events.
For smaller events or festivals, the travel period is shorter (Friday to Sunday).
If employees need to travel, makeup days are offered the following week if the travel work schedule exceeds the normal work hours.
Tools Used Oracle is used for purchase orders (POs) and other tracking. JIRA is used for ticketing. Notion is used for internal team coordination. Google Docs and Sheets are used extensively within the organization
