Testing & Defect Management
Create/review test cases and support testing activities.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Manage delivery of assigned modules and user stories.
Support deployment and release activities.
Customer & Team Collaboration
Work closely with customers, architects, and stakeholders.
Present design solutions and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Knowledge
ERP/CRM platform design and development experience.
Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.
Experience with data migration, deployments, and production support.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
