Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Solutions - Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months
 
Expectations from this Role
  1. Develop and review technical design, solution, and deployment documents.
  2. Perform code reviews and recommend improvements to application design and performance.
  3. Act as the primary contact for build, deployment, and production support issues.
  4. Contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and reusable assets.
  5. Identify technical challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
  6. Drive application quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  7. Develop, test, debug, and document application components.
  8. Collaborate with business users, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  9. Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
  10. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and platform capabilities.
 
Typical Performance Measures
  • Adherence to coding standards and development processes.
  • Timely resolution of production issues and defects.
  • On-time delivery of assigned work and sprint commitments.
  • Completion of relevant technical/domain certifications.
  • Effective mentoring and development of junior team members.
 
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Estimation
  • Analyze requirements and user stories.
  • Provide effort estimates and participate in Agile ceremonies.
 
Design & Development
  • Contribute to HLD, LLD, and solution architecture.
  • Develop solutions following established standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality delivery.
 
Testing & Defect Management
  • Create/review test cases and support testing activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
 
Project & Release Management
  • Manage delivery of assigned modules and user stories.
  • Support deployment and release activities.
 
Customer & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with customers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Present design solutions and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor team members and support team engagement.
 
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • ERP/CRM platform design and development experience.
  • Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.
  • Experience with data migration, deployments, and production support.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
