Position Title: Enterprise Digital & Analytics Consultant Location: Hybrid role - must be onsite twice per week in New York, NY Duration: 5 Months (possibility of extension)
Description: This position is in the Data Science team for enterprise personalization. The selected candidate will be responsible for analytics on expansion of the Personalization product across placements and channels along with data science research on algorithm and levers driving the product.
This role will work on several analytics initiatives to identify opportunities to enhance the levers for the product and to identify the gaps in the existing framework. We are looking for candidates who have knowledge and practical experience in statistical analytics, data science and who possesses a passion for innovation and data exploration. The role also requires close partnership with marketing ,product and tech teams to drive the initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Operation Research, Computer Science and etc.) with at least 3+ years of work experience leveraging sophisticated analytical and data science techniques to drive business results.
Strong quantitative skills with a solid understanding of statistics.
Expertise in an analytical language (Python, R, or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL, or the equivalent).
Prior experience working with very large datasets using Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, or the equivalent). Experience working in UNIX/Linux and distributed computing environments.
Strong relationship building, management and influencing skills.

Creativity to go beyond current tools to construct and deliver the best solution to the problem,
Ability and comfort with working independently and making key decisions on projects.
Demonstrated ability to frame business problems into mathematical programming problems, leverage external thinking and tools (to engineer a solvable solution to deliver business insights.
