Job Description

Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: New York, NY | Austin, TX | San Francisco, CA | Washington, DC (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing and Leadership on GTM strategy and account-based initiatives
  • Conduct discovery, solution positioning, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers

Must-Haves
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
  • Experience selling FinTech, API, Payments, or SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, or fintech organizations
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Full-cycle enterprise sales experience (prospecting through close)
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience forecasting pipeline and revenue
  • Existing network within financial services or fintech
  • Experience selling technical infrastructure or API-based solutions
