We are seeking an Enabling Engineer to be part of our Factory Enabling Team. The core mission is to enable Factory ramp and ship quality products
Our candidate will assume lead technical role for CRAT Factory Enabling Engineering and will work closely with Factory Tool Owners, and partner with Technology Development and GSC Account Teams.
Responsibilities may include: • May also conducts scenario (what if) planning for Equipment Issues, materials, products, processes strategies when necessary. • Drives continuous process/project improvements • Orchestrate speedy and cross functional Technical Problem Solving • Accountable for effective/efficient management of Complex Technical Problem Solving • Drive cross functional teams to meet internal Customer Obsessed commitment • Drive proactive engineering FMEA, Ramp Readiness/mitigation plan • Lead and coach peers across factory network.
The candidate should possess the below behavioral traits: • Effectively communicate, collaborate and align with team members and stakeholders • Able to lead cross-functional and inter-organization project teams • Data Driven. Demonstrate advanced data analytics, statistical methods and storytelling skills to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way • Willing to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willing to coach and build technical peers.
Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor, Licenciatura or Master’s degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechanical, Materials, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 5 years technical experience in field related • Fluently in English (full command: conversation, written and oral expression)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Assembly Test manufacturing process/equipment. • Experience with Data Analysis and Data Analysis Tools/Systems Development. • Experience in supply chain is preferred. • Experience in Substrate, PSMT, Thermal Interface Materials is preferred. • Experience with LEAN practice
