This person MUST have a strong background/experience in Pharma industry
Need to be very familiar with pharma data and customer reference data + how it’s used, things to consider for MDM, etc
Reltio experience is highly valued, but would be open to other MDM experience if they don’t have Reltio.
Need to be experienced in managing a team and a tough stakeholder
Their day to day will be more functional work – they won’t be hands on in the platform themselves, but need to understand why it’s being used, understand data management, MDM, and have the ability to connect the dots
Team they will be managing is made up of 10-12 data stewards and 3-4 business partners/BA’s. Most of the resources on this person’s team are onshore (some in Philly) with some offshore.
Day to Day The client is extremely demanding so the individual has to have a lot of experience in the pharma space and have a very strong understanding of pharma data HCP/HCO reference data, claims, script, etc. The individual needs to be able to manage a large team of data management folks from our company that are aligned to this client as well as manage the client and all project level activities currently underway with the client. The candidate must be able to identify innovative new ways of working and be able from industry experience provide recommendations to the client for better ways of working when identified.
Must Have
7-10+ years experience working in customer data in the Pharma industry
7+ years of Reltio experience or other MDM platform
Assists businesses and other organizations to operate more efficiently by identifying and measuring problems, and recommending, customizing and implementing solutions surrounding data management, data governance and data strategy for our clients.
Provides advice and leadership to deliver long term, valuable strategic business and data solutions that address complex client issues.
Handles projects regarding data governance & stewardship delivery services to achieve desired outcomes and ensure successful business growth.
Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities.
Provides specific data governance & stewardship expertise.
Develops awareness of business solutions and how they can be utilized in client scenarios.
Provides project management oversight.
Designs and structures client reports and presentations. Possesses business skills and knowledge to focus on client master data implementations and the data governance and data management framework to support these implementations.
Identifies business opportunities and potential growth areas within advisory services solutions.
Uses management and strong data management skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help organizations develop or implement data strategies to optimize performance.
Coaches/mentors teams and contributes to driving the client's Data Governance & Stewardship growth thought leadership.
