Job Title: Employee Development Specialist Location: Everett, WA Duration: 12 Months Shift: 2nd Shift
Position Responsibilities: • Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g., preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.) • Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content. • Identifies business-specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. • Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations. • Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors. • Analyze, validate, optimize, and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite on 2nd Shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Experience with giving presentations and public speaking. • 1+ years of experience using reporting tools. • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Experience with designing, developing, and/or delivering course content and instructional materials.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment. • Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) process knowledge. • Strong experience with Electrical systems (re: fabrication, installations, testing, troubleshooting). • Strong experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Experience with operating/navigating: Wireshop Homepage, BAC specifications (D6-36911), Standard Work Instructor (SWI), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Redars. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems. • Experience organizing, prioritizing, and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy.
