Job Description

Title: Eloqua Administrator, Owner Communications
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote
Note: Please note that this position is 20-30 hours/week, needs on-demand availability during work hours (8-5 CT).
 
What You Will Be Doing?
As the Eloqua Administrator, you will be involved in maintaining the Components instance of Eloqua’s current platform, implementation and integrations including delivery of new functional enhancements and definition of next generation capabilities.
• Act as the administrator for the company’s Eloqua platform on behalf of the Owner Communications team and various additional internal stakeholders that leverage the platform.
 
Duties include:
• User Management (Creating individual users, Removing user access, Password management, Login Management)
• Contact Database Health (Remove inactive contacts yearly to stay under the 100k threshold; Reset contact bounces when instructed)
• Integration (Ensure that the Salesforce/Eloqua integration works, Create folders for organization between the groups, Keep Assets organized)
• Email deliverability (Modify any record changes)
• Website Management (Create microsites for teams, Secure SSL certificates for new microsites, Renew SSL certificates for existing microsites.)
• Work on technical requests from across the business, coordinate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Act as the liaison to Oracle’s account representative and the company’s IT.
• Research technical solutions as well as engineer innovative work arounds when issues arise.
• Owner Communications support:
• Code and distribute emails through the Eloqua platform to company owners.
• Code registration sites and multi-step campaigns.
• Act as liaison with Owner Relations to safeguard and innovate integrations with Salesforce and the Owners Portal as appropriate.
• Manage the invoicing process between Oracle and the various departments within the company that use the Eloqua platform.

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
• 2+ years of experience with Eloqua Administration
• Proficiency with Program Canvas as well as native integrations and Program builder
• Comfortable working with Eloqua Custom Objects
• Understanding of data integrity and relational databases (SQL Server a plus)
• Strong data management abilities
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Html coding capabilities.
• Meticulous organization skills to ensure the platform, users and all related data are well-managed.
