Position Purpose
We are looking for a motivated, fast-moving Full-Stack Developer to join a small team building an AI-enhanced employee portal. You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality features using .NET and Angular, collaborating closely with analysts, UX researchers, in an Agile environment.
The team is building an AI-powered Employee Portal.
The platform will modernize the internal employee experience at Intel through:
• AI-powered capabilities
• Intelligent search
• Personalized employee experiences
• Workflow automation
• The team is small and agile, so each engineer will have significant responsibility and a direct impact on the delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API)
Build responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces using Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, Angular Material)
Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as intelligent search, chatbots, and personalized content delivery into the portal
Participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Work directly with the Business Analyst to clarify requirements and translate user stories into working software quickly
Iterate rapidly on prototypes and feature builds based on usability feedback and stakeholder input
Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and support UAT activities alongside the analyst
Identify and resolve defects promptly, with a bias toward fast turnaround and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology.
English advanced B2+ 85%
3+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET 10 (ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, YARP, Microservices architecture) Proficiency in Angular (v18+, signal-based state management, standalone components, dynamic components, modern syntax practices), RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Relational database administration using Entity Framework.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization).
Ability to work at a fast pace, context-switch efficiently, and deliver in short sprint cycles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
It is of great added value if the person has knowledge in: AI-enabled application development, AI integrations, Large Scale Language Models (LLMs), Agentive AI / AI Agents, Prompt engineering, Building AI-driven user experiences.
