Assist with the editing of shipping documents (Shipping Request Forms, US government agency declarations, quality documents etc.) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient cycle time for shipments leaving R&D sites.
Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Prepare and/or maintain detailed records of all shipments processed.
Update and draft SOPs related to the shipping process at the sites supports. .
Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Rely on instructions, trainings and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
May be asked to package materials on the loading dock at times.
Experience in supply chain or in biological fields is a plus.
Years of Experience: 0 - 3 Years Min Education: AA Degree
