Job Title- Document Fulfillment Specialist Job Location- Urbandale, IA 50323 (Onsite) Job Duration- 2 Years (Long Term Assignment) Monday to Friday.
• High school degree or equivalent plus 2+ years related experience. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) • Proficient typing skills – 45 CWPM and 10 key experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instruction required. • Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people in a team atmosphere, as well as independently. • May be required to work overtime/additional hours due to business need. • Position requires successful completion of a criminal and credit history check.
Responsibilities: • Preparing incoming mail, checks, or other documents, scanning, indexing, and properly storing documents for either short- or long-term retention. • Cross training on other tasks and functions within the department. • Organizing and completing daily work to meet service level agreements and team projects. • Follow department policies, procedures, training, and best practices for use within the imaging environment.
