Job Description

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a driven and seasoned Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. This individual is responsible for organizing, vetting, and building out prospective leads and clients. This role generates new business and ensures successful expansion of existing client relationships to capitalize on revenue opportunities. 

A Day in the Life:
  • Identify key players at the prospect level (MSP or their end client) and create strategies to generate interest 
  • Develop innovative techniques to capture prospects attention via email and phone 
  • Build a strong network of prospects, clients and industry colleagues 
  • Maintain and grow the relationships with all current and future clients 
  • Independently set, manage, and book client meetings and travel 
  • Attend a variety of conferences throughout the year (NMSDC, MSP, SIA CWS, ProcureCon, etc.) 
  • Generate new leads and business from conferences attended 
  • Maintain data and reports in internal systems 
  • Work closely with Client Services team to ensure all new clients are ramped up quickly 
  • Oversee client relationships from an escalation perspective once transitioned to Client Services 
You Proudly Possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Minimum five (5) years staffing experience 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Highly effective communication; oral, written, and group 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers of all levels 
  • Confident decision making and excellent intuitive judgement 
  • Ability to think swiftly and rely on instincts 
  • Extremely detail and goal oriented 
  • Energetic self-starter 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment 
  • Quick typing and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide
