Job Title: Digital Media Specialist Location: Columbia, SC. 29229 (REMOTE after 1-2 weeks onsite training) Duration: 3 months assignment (Possible temp to perm) Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. (30 minutes lunch)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a digital media strategy. Responsible for leading digital marketing efforts, coordination of marketing campaigns, content management, monitoring traffic and responding to feedback. Various digital properties include websites, apps, email, SMS and digital experience content.Coordinates with business partners on the creation and development of digital content. Writes, edits and reviews content while ensuring established contact standards are met.
Ensures that the digital media provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. Regularly manages an audit process across digital properties. Designs digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
Assesses engagement needs/problems, identify opportunities and implement business development strategies. Assists in coordination and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns. Evaluates competitiveness in the market. Makes recommendations for improvements based on research, analysis and best practices. Analyzes feedback and problems through digital properties.
Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives on critical issues and assists in problem resolution. Documents project and strategy improvement opportunities. Manages end-to-end digital projects. Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives to align projects with business goals.
Could be required to come onsite for quarterly meetings.
Education: Bachelor's degree-in marketing or job related field OR 4 years of job related work experience. Work Experience: 2 years-of experience in digital marketing, internet/intranet website design or maintenance or social media strategy, including related business writing experience in a creative environment. Languages: English.
