Job Description

Title: Digital Marketing Associate Analyst 
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: 100% remote working CST hours

Job Description :
The Digital Marketing Associate Analyst reports to the Medicare Marketing Operations team and is responsible for delivering project management tactical support in the facilitation of the Medicare Marketing Owned Properties team goals, objectives, and desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have Medicare marketing and compliance experience, and strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams. They should also have experience with document management systems, be comfortable using technology to streamline processes, and have the ability to communicate and document technical concepts and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project work plans; action items/risks and issues/decisions trackers; status reports; and supporting metrics and analytics.
  • Deliver tactical support to the team in completing program planning activities, ensuring deliverables are completed in alignment with management expectations and quality standards.
  • Experience with writing, editing, and managing process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and other compliance requirements.
  • Communicate updates and statuses to internal partners and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently, and a proactive inclination to think through and execute tactical responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Specific Deliverables
  • Develop Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) SharePoint document repository, and functionality, and support the rollout of new processes
  • Develop project tracking tools to document the delivery of digital assets from Business Owners; actively track and monitor activities involved with uploading documents; and consistently monitor overall project progress and status
  • In partnership with the team, identify, document, and communicate the current state of business processes to maintain operational consistency and work with the team to identify areas to streamline execution.

  • Digital marketing compliance / digital experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting

  • Computer skills: Microsoft, Wrike a plus

Education:                    
  • Associate's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • bachelor's degree preferred
