This job is part of the DT Support job function. They are responsible for providing technical support and solutions to internal users. What Youll Do: Set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, training sessions, and events. Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems including displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing endpoints. Edit content for the documentation of software applications and hardware environments. Create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material. Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel. Provide adhoc technical assistance to end users as needed. Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
