Job Description

Job Title: Digital Administrator/ Exception Template Admin
Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of extension)
Location: Remote 
Shift: Anytime between 7:00am-5:30pm

Job Responsibilities
This role will be primarily responsible for administering our WQI digital subscription process. The Digital Administrator will work closely with other internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and legal. Main responsibilities will include reporting, data collection and tracking, assist sales and operations teams responding to customer questions, and processing all requests in a timely manner. Drive end-to-end process of digital subscription governance process, communicate with finance to activate invoice, and confirm digital logins are created for customers.

Required Skills:
Proficient Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel (Intermediate Level or Above), Word, and Outlook)
Strong analytical skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organized and able to multi-task easily

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SharePoint

Education/Experience Requirement:
High school diploma or GED required, 2-4 years administrative or business-related experience required
