This role is in the Platform Organization within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions division, which leads in defining and building components for the Fusion 360 family of products.
We are looking for an expert to help drive and execute monorepo setup and ongoing maintenance, publishing of packages, automated test strategy, and best practices with a development team.
Responsibilities
Drive the strategy for CI/CD pipelines, developer tools, and infrastructure to improve speed and scalability
Design, implement, and maintain modular, scalable CI/CD pipelines with a focus on performant automated QA and monorepo-based code management
Provide architectural vision and strategic direction for devops practice across design system
Lead management of the entire build, integration, deployment, and release processes
Monitor and optimize the performance of pipelines, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Manage dependencies between different projects or libraries within the monorepo, ensuring consistency and avoiding conflicts
Implement, promote and educate development teams around DevOps culture
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Bees, Jenkins, and Spinnaker
Extensive knowledge and experience with monorepos
Proficiency in scripting and automation using NodeJS and Shell
Familiarity with specialized tools designed to manage the complexities of monorepos like Nx
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Familiarity with AWS stack
Great communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Proficiency with front-end testing tools and frameworks, like Playwright
B.S. in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building platform-centric projects
Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and Slack
Familiarity with Azure stack
