IT IS NOT VIRTUALJob Description: SERVICES TO BE PERFORMEDThese resources are Delivery Associate in the RSR network, receiving and dispatching packages at the Amazon Storage Units ASU. This position requires the associate to work in a fixed shift Front Half, Back Half, Overlap, receiving packages Unloading, staging from the box trucksdelivery drivers, and dispatching the packages to the Flex Driver Partners at the time of Flex dispatch hours window Flex block. REQUIRED SKILLS1.Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer package deliveries2.Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently tilt, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach3.Standwalk up to 6 hours during shifts4.Ability to receive, dispatch, and interact with packages and delivery drivers and partners5.Ability to scan all packages as necessary, and use provided laptop to communicate and record standard work operations6.Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather delivery stations include outside loading departmentsPREFERRED SKILLS1.Delivery associatemanager experience over 2 years2.Delivery operations experience is a plus
