This position’s primary responsibility is to set up new agents in the company’s systems through a process that involves coordination with various global functional units such as Finance, Legal, Field Operations, Systems, Treasury, etc.
Ensures a timely and accurate system set up of new US & Canada Agents and Commercial subscribers.
The position also entails the implementation of changes in databases such as consumer prices, messages displayed globally on agent’s PCs, agent commissions, etc.
Responsible for agent full life cycle of database maintenance integrity and recoverability, including post rollout review.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
1 year experience in Customer Service
B2 + English Level (85%). Fluent both verbally and in writing.
Microsoft Excel knowledge from Basic to Intermediate
Microsoft Office skills needed.
Knowledge in AS400, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Share Point are a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical, Proactive and Detail oriented.
Multitasking skills.
Expected to be able to work both individually and as a team contributor
